What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the website:
- Enquiries. When you send the quote form, its contents are delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service. The website itself does not store your enquiry. An enquiry usually contains your name, company, email, phone number and the product details you share.
- Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us, and the business correspondence that follows.
- Meeting bookings. If you book a meeting, Calendly collects your name, email and the details you enter, and shares them with us.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not buy personal data or sell it.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare offers and quotations, and arrange meetings.
- To negotiate, perform and administer contracts, including shipping, documentation and payment.
- To keep business records and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract; our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business and responding to business contacts; and compliance with legal obligations.
International transfers
We trade internationally, and our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on our providers' standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and to maintain the business relationship. Contract, shipping and accounting records are kept for the period required by law (generally up to 7 years). We then delete or anonymise the information.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where it applies, you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and, under the GDPR, restrict or object to its use and receive a portable copy. The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS. We limit access to personal information to what is needed for the business and use reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

To the extent permitted by law, EnValora Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, business or data, arising from the use of this website or from any unauthorised access to information sent to us, where we have taken reasonable steps to protect it.
