We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website easily and independently. This statement describes the accessibility of the site and how to reach us if something doesn't work for you.
Accessibility level
This website aims to conform to the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is the level required by the European harmonised standard EN 301 549, which is used to meet the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the EU Web Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/2102).
What we have done
- Semantic page structure with clear headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate easily.
- Full keyboard navigation, a visible focus indicator, and a "Skip to main content" link on every page.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Text and buttons designed for sufficient colour contrast, and text that can be enlarged with browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
- A pause control for the background video. If your device is set to reduce motion, the video and animations are turned off automatically.
- Form fields with labels, clear error messages, and no time limits.
- A responsive layout that works on phones, tablets and desktops.
- The site is in English, and the page language is declared for assistive technology.
Known limitations
- The world map on "What we source" is a visual summary; the same list of countries is provided as text beneath it.
- The meeting scheduler is provided by Calendly, a third party, and its accessibility is outside our control. You can always book a meeting by email, phone or WhatsApp instead.
- Documents shared during a transaction (such as certificates from origin authorities) are issued by third parties and may not be accessible. We will gladly help you with their content on request.
We review the website regularly. If you find a page or feature that is hard to use, please tell us.
